Phyllis talked me into making myself a "blingy" guitar. Curly mango back and sides, shell edging, fancy inlays.
I had a patent filed at work and in came with a cash award from the company. Nice! It enabled me to finally buy the big bandsaw I've wanted for a long time, for re-sawing lumber into guitar sets. It's a 19-inch Shop Fox and it works like magic.
Phyllis and I had a nice evening at the Lowell Inn in Stillwater for our 10th anniversary. Thanks to my Mom for watching Jamie over night!
